PBJ Sushi Rolls   It was my Birthday last week.  I asked that everyone bring some treats to share.  But I also made sure to make lots of snacks.  Including a decorate your own cupcake station and these PBJ Sushi Rolls.  I am a very picky eater and a vegetarian so I’ve never actually had real sushi, so my opinion is biased, but this is the best sushi in the world! PBJ Sushi1.) Take your ingredients out: Creamy Peanut Butter is easier to roll, Jelly or Jam, Bread-white or wheat is fine just don’t use one with a lot of multi grains it won’t roll out well. If you don’t have a rolling pin you can use a glass or wine bottle.

.) Cut off the crusts.

.) Roll the bread out flat.

.) Put peanut butter on half of the bread.

.) Put jelly on the other half.

.) Roll the bread from jelly side to peanut butter side to help it stick together.

.) Cut the roll into smaller pieces.

.) Display your sushi.  You can see from the image that the strawberry sushi look cleaner than the grape jelly sushi.
