Want something that will entertain your guests before your ceremony begins? Leave these programs in their seats or hand them out as guests walk in so they can find out what’s happening in your ceremony and give them some information about the ceremony.

HOW TO ORDER PROGRAMS:

In the notes section when you order please tell us…

1. E-MAIL ADDRESS – Make sure you let us know your e-mail address so that we can send you the sample text and get started on your program. You can also e-mail us your details at easyeventideas@gmail.com please put your order number in the title of the e-mail.

2. COLOR SELECTION – Tell us your color selection in as much detail as possible.  If you would like specific parts of the design specific colors please let us know.  If you’d like you can use this color wheel to help you pick your colors.  Just let us know the code numbers. Note: Computer monitors, phone screens, and printers colors will not be consistent they all render colors differently.

We’ll then send you the sample program text.  After you send that back to us, with any photo’s if your design requires them, we will customize the program and send you a draft for approval within 24 business hours of return of program text.  Please not that weekends and/or holidays may delay your turn around.

Two rounds of edits is included in the program design. Once approved by you, the final customized program will be emailed to in .jpg, .pdf, and .png formats.

If you have chosen to print with us we will then ask for your approval and confirmation of mailing address for shipping of the finished product.

NOTE: Edits will be taken via email only. If you would like to set up a consultation we will send you a link with instructions on how to book that additional service.

The design of this program will not be changed in any way other than text and color.  If you desire to make changes to the program please contact us about custom designs.

This is a digital printable design, no items will be physically mailed to you unless you pick the print option.

PRINTING OPTIONS

– Take to a print shop, print at home or let us print for you. The file is 4in by 9in.  If your print shop requires a different size please let us know ASAP.
