Return and Refund

Customers can cancel any personalized order within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been delivered to the customer there are no refunds or exchanges. Modifications can be made to an item for an additional fee depending on scope of work.

Digital downloaded items that are automatically downloadable are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Printing

Colors may vary from what is shown on your monitor, as each monitor is calibrated differently. Printing may also cause a difference in color based on your printer, brand of ink, or if you are low on ink. If you are experiencing issues with colors please contact us we are happy to help. You can also try taking the file to a print shop for a cleaner printing experience.

Copyright

Customers are allowed to use the downloadable and custom items items for personal or non-profit use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or transfer any of the files to a third-party.

The design and all graphical elements belong to Easy Event Ideas LLC. and cannot be reproduced or copied for any reason.

How long does it take to receive a proof?

Turn around for a digital proof is normally 24 business hours or less please allow for extenuating circumstances.

Who is responsible for proofreading?

I ask that you to approve and check all proofs. If a proof is approved with a spelling error or date error, or you have requested the wrong size, less ordinary designs cannot be held responsible.

Please print a sample of your purchase before having them all printed. I can’t be responsible for another printer’s print quality but I am happy to help you when I can.

Do you offer refunds on digital files?

Because payment is for my work only, I cannot offer a refund on design fees. Once you download the instant item it is not possible to return it. Even if the proof has not been approved, I’ve already done the work for which I’ve been paid, so a refund isn’t possible. However I’m happy to work with you to make the item meet your needs to the best of my ability.

Are your items digital or printed?

Both. Many of my items can be purchased digitally or I can have them printed for you.

Do you customize items?

Yes I am happy to customize any item in my shop for an additional fee. Please contact me for pricing information. I am also happy to design something from scratch for you.

In what format are files provided?

All of my digital files are provided in .jpg, .png, or .pdf formats. Please see each item description for clarification. 

What type of photo do you need?

Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. Lower quality photographs can result in poor quality design and I cannot be held responsible for photo quality. If I see a photo come through with low resolution, I will let you know.

It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright. By submitting me photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.
