Having a guest seating chart is always a helpful tool for your guests at any event!
This order includes seating chart in the size and colors that you select. If you want the design altered in any way other than the amount of tables, guests names, or colors please contact us about our custom designs.
If you chose to print with use our printing partner will mail you a poster version of your sign that you can place in a frame at your event. You can also order a digital copy from us and have it printed locally as a poster or printed on foam board and displayed without a frame.
HOW TO ORDER A SEATING CHART:
In the notes section when you order please tell us…
1. E-MAIL ADDRESS – Make sure you let us know your e-mail address so that we can send you a message to get started on your order. You can also e-mail us your details at firstname.lastname@example.org please put your order number in the title of the e-mail.
2. COLOR SELECTION – Tell us your color selection in as much detail as possible. If you would like specific parts of the design specific colors please let us know. If you’d like you can use this color wheel to help you pick your colors. Just let us know the code numbers. Note: Computer monitors, phone screens, and printers colors will not be consistent they all render colors differently.
3. SEND US YOUR TABLE LISTS – If you have selected vendor fills out the seating chart option. Send us an e-mail with all of your guests names under their table in the order you wish them to appear. If you have selected fillable seating chart send us an e-mail letting us know how many tables you’ll be having so we can send you your chart in a fillable form manor so you can fill out the names yourself.
After you send us your seating options and any color changes to the seating chart, we will customize the chart and send you a draft for approval within 24 business hours of return of files. Please not that weekends and/or holidays may delay your turn around.
Two rounds of edits is included in the seating chart design. Once approved by you, the final customized program will be emailed to in .jpg, .pdf, and .png formats if you’ve selected the digital option.
If you have chosen to print with us we will then ask for your approval and confirmation of mailing address for shipping of the finished product.
NOTE: Edits will be taken via email only. If you would like to set up a consultation we will send you a link with instructions on how to book that additional service.
The design of this program will not be changed in any way other than text and color. If you desire to make changes to the program please contact us about custom designs.
This is a digital printable design, no items will be physically mailed to you unless you pick the print option.
