Full Service
This is a customized package that provides you with the perfect level of planning, logistic, design, and production support. We take the time to get to know your interests, preferences, and personalities as we guide you through the whole planning process. I will be there with you to help every step of the way!
Full Planning clients invest an average of $7000

Partial Planning
We do the planning together. I’ll help you through the process recommending vendors, keeping you on schedule and reminding you what to do next. You’ll contact the vendors and we will help you review the contracts. This package can be custom fitted to help you with what ever aspects of the process you need assistance with.
Partial Planning clients invest an average of $3500

Month of Planning
Already have a venue and vendors you love? Want to make sure everything goes smoothly, so you can enjoy the day and your guests without worrying about the details? I’ll work with you for the 6-8 weeks leading up to your event, and will be onsite throughout the event to ensure your vision comes to life.

The Process
1. Contact us
Fill out our inquiry form with all of the event details and I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours with our availability.
2. Meet and Greet
Together we’ll schedule a call to get to know each other better and for us to explain our packages in more depth and answer any questions you have.
3. Booking
After our call, we’ll send you a proposal and contract for your review. You can then sign, pay the deposit, and make it official! After signing on, will set you up with your online shared planning folder, and discuss next steps!
4. Planning
If you booked us for day of coordination, you can continue planning and we’ll start our meetings 6-8 weeks before the big event! If you booked us for partial or full planning, we will continue on planning right away!
5. The Big Day
The big day is here and it’s time to have it all come together!

What is your event planning process?
Our planning process begins as soon as you inquire! We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to schedule our first meeting to get to know you better and hear about what you’re looking for!
After the call if you’re interested in moving forward, we’ll send you a personalized proposal and contract to sign. We’ll set you up with an online shared planning folder and checklists and other important resources. At this time we will also schedule our first call if you’ve selected partial or full planning to go over what planning will look like and hear all of your event details. If you’ve selected day of we will contact you 8 weeks before your event to start the next steps. After the first call, the steps will depend on your package!
Do you plan other events?
Yes, we do!
Whether you need assistance planning another event that goes along with the one you’re already planning like rehearsal dinners, Sunday brunches, kiddish lunches etc.
Or if you are planning another event like a birthday party, anniversary, or just a social gathering contact us about availability and pricing.
Can we add on additional services if we’ve picked day of planning?
Yes, you can!
We can customize any package from the start or add as we go!

Are we required to have a certain budget?
I do not require a minimum budget. We would be happy to talk through your budget and see which service makes the most sense.
Which package should I book?
It really depends on what your needs are.
If you want to plan everything yourself and then hand everything over to someone at the end so you can enjoy your day go for the Month of Coordinator.
If you need a little bit more help and need someone to help you pick out your vendors and want a little bit more hand holding and consultation during the whole process you should think about Partial Planning.
If you want someone there from the start through everything, at every meeting and helping you pick every detail then you should go for Full Planning.
Will you be running my ceremony rehearsal?
Absolutely! We want to be involved in your rehearsal and will run that for you along with whichever officiant you have.
Where are you located?
I live in Arlington, Virginia and service the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and surrounding Maryland area as well.
My venue comes with a coordinator do I still need to book you?
YES! Most venues come with a coordinator who manages the venue, which is very important. They are a great liaison on the event day to ensure the venue is clean, communicate with the chefs if food is served in-house, and much more. I will step in to coordinate with your vendors prior to the wedding, oversee setup and setup your personal belongings, and make sure you both are able to enjoy your wedding day. Do you have experience doing Bar and Bat Mitzvah’s
Yes, loads! I’ve been in the Mitzvah business for years, both planning and creating graphic design items for them. And if we want to go really far back can I count planning my own unprofessionally at 13 as my start in this?
