HOW TO ORDER LOGOS:
In the notes section when you order please tell us…
1. TEXT – Tell us the name, saying and/or date you would like to use.
2. COLOR SELECTION – Tell us your color selection in as much detail as possible. If you would like specific parts of the design specific colors please let us know. If you’d like you can use this color wheel to help you pick your colors. Just let us know the code numbers. Note: Computer monitors, phone screens, and printers colors will not be consistent they all render colors differently.
3. STYLE – Are there slight changes you’d like made to the design? Let us know as long as it’s not a design overhaul meaning you’d need a custom design made we can probably accommodate you within this design.
You can also e-mail us your details at easyeventideas [!at] gmail.com please put your order number in the title of the e-mail.
We’ll then customize the logo and send you a draft for approval within 24 business hours of purchase. Please not that weekends and/or holidays may delay your turn around.
We are also happy to swap out items such as balls, icons, etc. at no additional fee. Just include this information in the notes section of your order and we’ll be sure to make your logo perfect in every way.
Two rounds of edits is included in the logo cost. Once approved by you, the final customized logo will be emailed to in .jpg, .pdf, and transparent .png formats.
NOTE: Edits will be taken via email only. If you would like to set up a consultation we will send you a link with instructions on how to book that additional service.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
Proof: All proofs will be delived via email within 2 business days of payment confirmation
Revisions: Revisions will be delivered via email within 1-2 business days depending on extent of revisions
Hours: Emails & convos are typically answered within 1 business day of receipt Monday – Friday 8am-8pm EST. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days on and around major holidays.
